Cooking workshops
Culinary workshops are run by local chefs.
The kitchen workshop allows you to cook all together thanks to its 4m island facing the garden and the village church.
From regional family and bistro cuisine to gourmet pastries and sharing cakes, l'ACADEMIE is a place dedicated to the region's gastronomy.
You'll find all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals with the Chef.
Oeunological events
Wine tastings are hosted by local sommeliers.
A private cellar stocked by local winemakers lets you discover and test the region's vintages during your stay.
A tour of the vineyards to discover the crus can be organized by mountain bike.
Evenings at the cellar
The Academy offers its residents a large CAVEAU 18 EME fitted out for parties.
A well-stocked bar in the private cellar lets you sample local vintages during your evenings out.
Service and music are included in the price. Karaoke can be organized in the cellar on request.
